Refund policy

Effective date: 13 August 2025

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong product. Unstitched fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, with all tags and original packaging.
  
• Return window: Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  
• To request, please email suitwaali.cc@gmail.com or call +91-9210017845 with your order number and include unboxing photos/video within the 3-day window.
  
• Pickup & inspection: After approval, we arrange a reverse pickup. Once received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed.
  
• Refund method & timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 7 business days after verification.
  
• Return fees: Free returns for approved cases (we cover reverse shipping).
  
• Non‑returnable: Stitched/altered/used items; items without original packaging; damage due to misuse; colour variations due to lighting/screen differences.
  
• Cancellations: You may cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page for cancellation support.
• Exchanges: We don’t offer exchanges; please place a new order after the refund.
